Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to withdrawals or Account restrictions.
sip33 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as popular e-wallet services such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

All wagers placed through sip33 are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before submission. In the event of disputes regarding bet placement, sip33's transaction logs will be considered the definitive record.
All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. In cases where a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, specific settlement rules apply and will be outlined in our sports betting rules page. sip33 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known or where suspicious activity is detected.
All casino games operate under the specific rules provided by the game developer. Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are available within each game's information section. In the event of a software malfunction, all affected game rounds will be void and funds returned to players.

If your connection is interrupted during gameplay, any unsettled bets will be settled according to the actual outcome. In casino games, rounds in progress at the time of disconnection will be completed automatically based on game rules.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (minus any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Accounts subject to active bonuses or investigations may not be closed until the matter is resolved.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee may be charged on dormant Accounts with positive balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied.
Upon termination of your Account, all bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited. You will lose access to all sip33 services immediately. Any outstanding debts owed to sip33 become immediately due and payable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, sip33's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 30 days preceding the claim. sip33 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
